I've just released a stand-alone urban fantasy series called Light's Keeper. It's in a similar vein to Magic First, so a bit serious but not too grim.
It follows a powerful vampire with a destined mate he must protect at all costs. He avoids her until she winds up in his stomping ground, Nice, France. As her magic powers are released, she slowly finds out someone's protected her from the truth her whole life. While fighting off demons, of course.
