Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

www.odettecbell.com only sells digital-download audiobooks and e-books. E-books and digital-download audiobooks are digital products and as such cannot be physically returned and are considered consumed upon download. But, under the below circumstances, you can be refunded for your purchase.

You are eligible for a refund under the following scenarios. If you have accidentally ordered more than one of the same product. If you did not receive the product (please read our FAQ - your email may be in your spam folder).

If you have accidentally ordered more than one of the same product, contact us at odette@odettecbell.com. Return claims will only be accepted from the email used to purchase the items. You will also need to forward your store receipt. This ensures that the returns-claim is legitimate.

If you did not receive your product, email odette@odettecbell.com from the email used to purchase the product with the forwarded receipt, and you will be provided with a new download link.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at odette@odettecbell.com.

Refunds are not issued if you simply change your mind. If you don't know if you want to buy one of the e-books or digital-download audiobooks listed on this site, please check out one of the free books first. Every series has a free first book. You can then go on to purchase the complete series box set or bundle from this site if you like what you've read.
